  • The New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts is not one for the faint of hearts. Make sure you have a balance of your mental health while training. You will learn the fundamentals of Meisner, film history, and movement classes (Dance/Suzuki). However, there weren't many opportunities for on-camera training. The instructors were professionally trained mainly in the theater. Their insights were helpful at times but many students were often left with confusion.
