  • This was such a great hotel! The location is PERFECT. Just 2 minutes from the Metro and in the middle of all the fun of NYC. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so nice. Stayed for two nights on a girls trip. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at Friedmans and it was VERY good. I would absolutely stay here again.

  • First time staying here. Go to check in at 6.50pm at night and our room isn’t ready which after travelling for 10hrs is not great. Eventually get our room, after the shock of you need to pay an extra $40 per night to cover things we didn’t want and it’s not an optional fee.

  • If you're looking for a hotel near Times Square it's not a bad option. We had a few issues that may or may not bother others. Overall the room was clean and beds comfy. However we did have issues with the bathroom -- just a pedestal sink with no shelves for storage -- water temp inconsistent in the shower -- no ventilation fan so when the water did work it was like a sauna in the bathroom.

  • You won’t find a better stay in the city. From the moment you arrive, your importance is made known. The staff is amazing. The rooms are well equipped, updated with great linens and amenities, comfortable and pristine clean. The theaters are just a few steps away from the hotel.
